Product Replacement: If you receive damaged or incorrect products, we will replace the product with a new one at no extra cost to you. In case the products delivered do not match the items you ordered, we will ensure the correct products are sent immediately. Please note that product replacements will only be processed if reported within 10 days of receiving the products. Replaced products will be delivered within 7 days of receiving the defective products.
Non-Delivery Due to Address Issues: If the delivery cannot be executed on the first attempt due to reasons such as an incorrect or insufficient address, the recipient being unavailable, the address being locked, or refusal to accept the delivery, the order will still be charged. No refunds will be issued in these cases. An additional ₹40 delivery charge will apply for re-shipping the order.
